Pedro Cruz-Avila, 27, of Brunswick, N.J., was arrested for allegedly receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident at the Bieber Bus Terminal, Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 6:25 p.m. May 28.

According to a media release from Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, troopers responded to the bus terminal for a report of a person with a firearm. Cruz-Avila allegedly was visibly intoxicated and allegedly pointed a firearm at a crowd of people at the terminal, threatening to shoot. He was detained at the scene where it was discovered the firearm was stolen. While in custody, Cruz-Avila allegedly made threatening comments to three state troopers.

Cruz-Avila was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital and later to Lehigh County Jail, according to police.
