LVHM:
Maj. Nathan Kline (USAF-Ret), a WW II bombardier-navigator, will speak aa part of the “D-Day Remembrance Program,” 1 p.m. June 2, Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum, 432 W. Walnut St., Allentown.
The program will open with a PowerPoint presentation about the Allied invasion at Normandy, France, said Joseph Garrera, LVHM Executive Director.
Kline was a student at Muhlenberg College when he enlisted in the Army Air Corps November of 1942. As a bombardier-navigator in the 454th Bomb Squadron, he flew 65 missions over Europe, including the D-Day invasion.
