Upper Macungie Township is accepting applications for its 2018 Junior Emergency Services Academy, a weeklong experience for kids to learn the fundamentals of first-responder professionals.

The academy will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 23-27 at Upper Macungie Station 56, 6510 Schantz Road.

Enrollees must be township residents who will be 12 to 16 years old by July 23. Class sizes are limited. For information go to uppermac.org.
