Top 10 students recognized

The 10 Salisbury High School graduating seniors with the highest grade-point averages were recognized May 23 with a breakfast for the students and their parents in the school cafeteria.

The students, in alphabetical order, not class ranking, are:

•Emmy Cogill, who will be attending Kutztown University with a teaching major.

•Thomas Croft, who will attend Lehigh Carbon Community College as an engineering major.

•Katherine Gilligan, who will attend Penn State as a political science major.

•Simon Katz, who will attend Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., majoring in bio-medical engineering.

•Michael Killiri, who will attend Bucknell University majoring in engineering.

•Elena Lagunilla, who will attend Penn State and major in bio-medical engineering.

•Owen Mendes, who will attend Muhlenberg College as an English major.

•Margaux Petruska, who will attend Lehigh University majoring in global studies.

•Ruby Wiener, who will attend Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, majoring in biology.

•Mark Wilson, who will attend LaSalle University as an accounting major.
