Crystal Ann Alvarado, 23, of Allentown, was arrested for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and associated paraphernalia after a traffic stop along Hamilton Boulevard at Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:12 a.m. April 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Investigators at Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville are investigating a report of counterfeit U.S. currency used to make purchases at Nordstrom Rack, 750 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:17 p.m. March 22. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.

A 44-year-old woman, of Albuquerque, N.M., was arrested for alleged public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to Whole Foods Market, 750 N. Krocks Road #301, Lower Macungie Township, on a report of a person suffering a heart attack. Store employees stated the woman was passed out in a women’s restroom. Police determined the woman was intoxicated.

Ronald Glenn Miller, 34, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after he allegedly swapped a pair of boots he wore into Kohl’s, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, for a similar pair for sale at the store April 11. Miller allegedly left the store without paying for the boots, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Alton Shayne Barber, 27, of Carthage, N.C., was charged with retail theft after he allegedly removed $41.96 worth of food items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:45 p.m. April 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A garage on a private rental property in the 3500 block of Grandview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, was reported damaged April 16. Police investigation found a tenant of the property damaged the garage.
