LEHIGH TOWNSHIP

A Whitehall woman died May 8 after a collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle that took place the day before.

The crash occurred May 7 on Route 248 at Route 145 in Lehigh Township, Northampton County, at approximately 6:50 p.m.

According to Scott Grim, Lehigh County coroner, Taylor Hutnick, 26, of Whitehall, was the passenger on the motorcycle.

The coroner said she was pronounced dead 2:53 a.m. at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Lehigh Township Police Department are conducting the investigation.

An autopsy was scheduled for May 9 to determine the exact cause of death.
