Jamie Suzanne Yohn, 39, of Center Valley, was taken into custody after a traffic stop at Hamilton Boulevard and Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:32 a.m. March 12. Yohn allegedly was driving under the influence and found to possess paraphernalia associated with the use of marijuana and suspected prescription medication without a prescription, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Colleen Marie Wohl, 50, of Emmaus, was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a single vehicle crash in the 5400 block of Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, 2:33 a.m. Feb. 24, according to police.
Paul Michael Gaffney, 26, of Upper Macungie Township, is suspected of driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police observed him allegedly speeding on Route 222 South/North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:45 p.m. March 24, according to police.
A 34-year-old driver, of Breinigsville, struck the rear end of a vehicle on Hanover Drive at Brookside Road, Lower Macunie Township, 4:31 p.m. April 15. A fight between the drivers ensued and the 34-year-old driver displayed a knife. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence and simple assault, according to police.
Max Emiliano Rolon, 26, of Emmaus, allegedly shoved a 44-year-old male, of Allentown, while in the 5200 block of Buss Drive, Upper Milford Township, 1 a.m. March 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
An unknown actor damaged a vehicle parked at a residence in the 8200 block of Mertztown Road Feb. 25.
An unknown actor damaged a garage door at a residence in the 3000 block of Magnolia Circle, Lower Macungie Township, overnight April 5.
A 28-year-old woman, of Allentown, under-rang the full retail value of merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:09 p.m. April 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The woman rang up $52.16 in merchandise instead of the full retail value of $132.04 for all of the merchandise.
A 56-year-old man, of Allentown, parked his Hyundai Elantra at the Wawa convenience store, 4900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:52 a.m. March 19. The man left his keys in the car and the car unlocked before walking into the store. A man wearing a red sweatshirt emerged from the bushes, south of the parking lot and took the car, fleeing east on Hamilton Boulevard. The vehicle was located March 20 in a parking lot in the 4700 block of Hamilton Boulevard.
A 20-year-old driver, of Fountain Hill, was injured when his vehicle struck a median and rolled onto its side in a one-vehicle accident along Route 309 South in Lower Macungie Township, 2:41 p.m. April 15. The driver was traveling south and traveling too fast for the curve in the roadway when he lost control of his vehicle, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle struck a concrete median and rolled onto its passenger side, spun and flipped back onto its four wheels, According to Pennsylvania State Police, the driver sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported by Cetronia EMS. South Whitehall Police and Sack’s Towing assisted at the scene.
A 61-year-old driver, of Macungie, was injured when the sport utility vehicle she was driving struck a pole and rolled onto its roof in a one-vehicle accident along Brunner Road, Upper Milford Township, 8:56 p.m. March 16. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was in the right lane in the 2500 block of Brunner Road when she fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle crossed the road and struck a utility pole before rolling onto its roof. The driver exited the vehicle through a passenger side window. The woman reported minor injuries, including pain in her chest, and was transported by Macungie EMS to St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. Detwiler Towing removed the vehicle from the scene. Members of the Upper Milford Fire Department also responded to the scene.
A 16-year-old female, of Emmaus, escaped injury when the vehicle she was driving flipped onto its side in a one-vehicle accident on Saint Peters Road, Upper Milford Township, 8:24 p.m. March 20. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the teen was traveling eastbound on Saint Peters Road at West Weaver Road when her vehicle left the road and struck a traffic sign on the right side of the road. The vehicle then flipped onto its side landing horizontally across the roadway. No injuries were reported.
Unknown actors entered a garage in the 4000 block of White Oak Circle, Lower Macungie Township and removed approximately $26,000 in chandeliers and decor between March 16 and 23. The garage was believed to be unlocked at the time, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Anyone with information about the incident may contact state police at 610-395-1438.
Unknown actors forcibly entered a garage in the 4500 block of Kings Highway North, Upper Milford Township, and removed miscellaneous items March 12. The investigation continues.
