Rosiane Alencar Boyko, 44, of Emmaus, allegedly assaulted a 56-year-old man, of Allentown, in the 5100 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 10:54 p.m. March 13. During the investigation, Boyko also allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Unknown actors entered a property along Emmaus Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 4:45 and 7 p.m. and removed a dark green 2004 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup truck, with the Pennsylvania registration WR365A. The vehicle has a Penn State decal and bullet hole shaped decals on the tailgate. The vehicle has a black tonneau cover. Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to Dunkin’ Donuts in the 4700 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 8:50 p.m. March 19 for a recovered vehicle report. Witnesses confirmed to police a vehicle stolen earlier the same day was observed parked in the parking lot. An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, was taken into custody for driving under the influence and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations on Willow Lane at Mulberry Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:15 a.m. April 7. An 18-year-old female involved in the same incident was found to be in possession of alcohol, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 31-year-old male, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on South Cedar Crest Boulevard, south of Minesite Road, 12:04 a.m. April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Daniel Atiyeh Krasley, 29, of Allentown, was taken into custody after a traffic stop was conducted for alleged traffic violations on Brookside Road, just west of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:57 p.m. April 6. Upon further investigation, Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville discovered the registration plate on the vehicle was allegedly stolen out of Salisbury Township. The operator was questioned on the scene and allegedly provided false identification. A search of the operator allegedly produced drugs and paraphernalia, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The accused was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking without incident.

A 26-year-old male and a 25-year-old female, both of Lodi, N.J. and a 26-year-old female, of Hackensack, N.J., face drug charges after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 at mile marker 54.2, Lower Macungie Township, 1:40 a.m. April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The 26-year-old male was found to be in possession of marijuana and the prescription drug promethazine with codeine. The 25-year-old female was found to be in possession of marijuana. The 26-year-old female was found to be in possession of 18 marijuana edibles and a small amount of marijuana, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Jovan Markese Perez, 23, of Allentown and Kendra Bryana Kuilan, 22, of Allentown, were taken into custody after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville were dispatched to Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, for an alleged retail theft March 13.

Dennis James Hartnett, 42, of Wescosville, was taken into custody after he allegedly removed price tickets from a Nike brand sweat suit and attempted to leave Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:08 p.m. March 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The total value of the item was $66.99.

A 48-year-old female, of Allentown, is accused of removing $309 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:59 p.m. April 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 16-year-old male, of Kutztown, is accused of removing a sweatshirt, valued at $50, from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 9:45 p.m. April 6. The male left the store without paying for the sweatshirt.

An unknown actor entered Walgreen’s, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:12 p.m. Jan. 29, concealed 24 Claritin medication packs with a total value of $513.76 and fled the store.

Unknown actors damaged 24 bags of cat food and two bags of dog food at Petsmart, 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 3:30 p.m. April 2 and 9 a.m. April 3. The retail price of the loss was $838.74. This most recent incident is the fourth since February in which cat and dog food bags have been damaged.

A 17-year-old driver, of Allentown, escaped injury after the car he was driving flipped onto its roof in a one-vehicle accident along Kings Highway, Lower Milford Township, 11:06 p.m. April 2. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the teen was northbound when he failed to negotiate a left curve in the road and struck a traffic sign on the east berm of the roadway. The vehicle continued east into a wooded area where it rolled onto its roof. The teen was not injured and refused medical transport at the scene, according to police.

A 27-year-old man, of Pennsburg, was slightly injured when his vehicle overturned and struck a pickup truck after he took his eyes off the road, reaching for his cellphone while driving along Kings Highway in Lower Milford Township, March 3. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was traveling north in the 8500 block of Kings Highway when he attempted to retrieve his cellphone from the center console cup holder of his vehicle. He dropped the cellphone on the front passenger floor of the vehicle. The driver reached for the cellphone, taking his eyes off the road, and drifted across and off the road and down a hill where he struck a ditch and two trees before the vehicle overturned and struck a pickup truck parked in the driveway of a residence in the 8500 block of Kings Highway.
