Sherman Nathaniel Glasco Jr., 37, of Piscataway, N.J., allegedly was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 West at Summit Lawn, Salisbury Township, 12:57 a.m. March 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville in a report provided to The Press.
