George Howard, 55, of Salisbury, was charged with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false information to law enforcement following a traffic stop on Juniata Street 9:34 p.m. April 4. Howard was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Earl Depass, 48, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop along South Cedar Crest Boulevard 9:34 a.m. April 5. Depass was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Robert Wetzel, 45, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license following a traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard 8:28 a.m. April 11. Wetzel was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 200 block of Mountain Park Road attempted to purchase a puppy online for $200. The initial deposit of $100 was sent via Western Union. The seller then contacted the victim saying he needed an additional $325 to transport the puppy which was also sent via Western Union. The seller no longer returned calls and the victim contacted police.

A resident in the 1600 block of Lehigh Avenue reported to police 5:29 p.m. April 7, receiving a check for $1,650 for items being sold on social media valued at $90. Police said this is typically a scam where the purchaser sends more money than asked for and asks the seller to deposit the check and send the purchaser back the extra money. The check is usually fraudulent.

A resident in the 1300 block of Fairfax Street reported the theft of a bottle of lighter fluid, a case of water and Gatorade from a porch 11:09 a.m. April 6. Found on the property was a pair of earrings, a hospital band and a piece of clothing. Police are investigating.

Joseph Sywensky, 45, of Salisbury, was charged with allegedly resisting arrest, defiant trespass, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 9:28 a.m. April 7. Police were called when Sywensky allegedly was parked in a business driveway and would not leave. After allegedly fighting with police, he was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 2300 block of Cypress Avenue reported 6:06 p.m. April 7, an unknown person removed a piece of fencing and smashed a bird feeder. Police are investigating.

Police were called to Weil Clocks, 2200 31st St., 2:48 a.m. April 11 via a burglar alarm. Police found the front door had been smashed, four display cases were broken and coins were removed. Police are reviewing video footage.

Police were called to the 600 block of Federal Street 10:31 a.m. April 11 for an overdose. Police administered narcan and revived the victim. EMS also arrived. The victim declined further treatment.

Police were called to the 3300 block of Lehigh Street 5:53 a.m. April 4 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 900 block of Bridle Path Road 6:01 p.m. April 4 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 2100 block of Overhill Road 11:35 p.m. April 5 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 3300 block of Lehigh Street 2:20 a.m. April 6 for a hold-up alarm.

Police were called to the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 10:05 p.m. April 7 for a fire alarm.

Police were called to the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue 1:20 a.m. April 8 for a burglar alarm.

Police were called to the 1000 block of Wellington Terrace 2:58 a.m. April 10 for a fire alarm.

Police were called to the 2900 block of Lindberg Avenue 2:32 p.m. April 11 for a burglar alarm.
