On Feb. 23, Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville were dispatched to a location in Lower Macungie Township after rumors were circulated that multiple juveniles had videos of two 14-year-old boys engaged in sexual activity with a teenage girl. The youths recorded themselves with the girl on Feb. 17 and sent the videos via cellphone to others. The investigation continues.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a residence in the 700 block of North Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, on a report of a stolen vehicle March 5. A 2010 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle with the registration 8DZ80 was taken between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., according to police. The motorcycle is black with a skull fuel door on the tank and two cuts in the seat.

Danielle Kroemmelbein, 32, of Allentown and Heidi Louisa Kroemmelbein, 29, of Allentown, were detained at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, after they allegedly attempted to leave the store with 49 unpaid items totaling $240.64 Feb. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Nicole Fegley, 32, of Allentown and Lori Lena Reimert, 54, of Allentown, allegedly entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, and under-rang various merchandise 7:59 p.m. March 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Two male youths entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, and took hunting knife merchandise to a men’s bathroom in an incident Nov. 7, 2017. While removing the knives from the original packaging to conceal the items, one of the youths cut himself, which alerted store staff. A trooper responded to the scene and discovered both of the youths were in possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

An actor removed razors and Flonase allergy relief medication from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, without paying on two separate occasions between March 26 and 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The total value of the merchandise was $251.19. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call state police at 610-395-4138.

Michael Damas Rosendary, 41, of Allentown, allegedly falsified the sale or transfer of firearm form in a transaction at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 18, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Police responded to the store to investigate the report of a Pennsylvania Instant Check System denial which occurred during an attempt to purchase two firearms.

Natrezza Chanee Davis, 25, of Alburtis, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a disturbance at 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 14, 2017.

Amar Pragnesh Desai, 27, of Norristown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after he was determined to be in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in a traffic stop along Macungie Road at East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:57 a.m. Feb. 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Desai was later released, according to police.

A 20-year-old male, of Macungie, was charged with harassment after he slammed a door at a residence, causing the door to come in contact with a Pennsylvania State Trooper, in the 3600 block of Vista Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2 p.m. Jan. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville investigated the report of harassing comments made on a social media account operated out of a residence in Lower Macungie Township Feb. 25. A 43-year-old male, of Chicago, Ill., made the comments, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 37-year-old man, of Hellertown, was pronounced dead in the parking lot of a Lower Macungie Township retailer.

Nicholas Savacool was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Jackie Seidman in the lot of Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:01 p.m. April 4, according to a press release from the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Forensics Center. An autopsy was performed April 5. In a phone call April 8, authorities told The Press toxicology test results could take eight to 10 weeks.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville also is investigating.

A former employee of Mechanics Plus, 4701 Colebrook Ave., Upper Milford Township, utilized a business credit card to make over $1,000 in unauthorized purchases, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The investigation continues.

An unknown actor attempted to defraud a resident of Manzanita Drive, Lower Macungie Township, by accessing bank account information through a phone scam March 29.

A male actor was seen taking several metal items from a bin located behind Italiano Delight restaurant, 1985 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, March 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The owners of the restaurant also reported several items were removed from a shed located behind the business. The investigation continues.

A resident of Pioneer Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported March 12 that a 16-year-old female had stolen about $300 between Feb. 12 and March 12.

A resident of Eagle Street, Lower Macungie Township, reported her safe had been broken into and $300 was removed while she was on vacation between March 10 and 17.

A 30-year-old woman, of Lower Macungie Township, reported numerous people accessed her bank account after she sent her banking information over social media to an unknown person Feb. 21. The woman reported the incident to police March 12.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, 75 used tires were left on the property of Smith’s Garage, 8595 Mertztown Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4 p.m. March 20.
