The Woman’s Club of Emmaus recently named Grace Flood Girl of the Month for February.

Flood was recognized for her achievements in drama.

Grace, the daughter of Amanda Flood, of Macungie, is a senior at Emmaus High School.

Grace is the president of the EHS Drama Club and vice president of AccaBella, the all-female a cappella group at the school. Grace was either a cast or crew member for the drama department’s productions throughout her high school career. Grace is an officer in the Select Choir and Chorale and is active in several school clubs including the French club. She is also involved in Advanced Placement Studio Art.

She is passionate about theatre, music and art with an intense interest in the French language and culture.

Grace plans to attend Pace University to study modern languages and cultures. She hopes to become a French translator.
