Memorial Day parade

Organizers of Easton’s Memorial Day parade are calling for participants.

Participants will meet 10 a.m. May 28 at Sixth and Walnut streets, Easton, and step-off is set for 10:30 a.m.

The parade will end at Scott Park for closing ceremonies.

Before the parade, Brown & Lynch American Legion Post 9 will render honors at the Grand Army of the Republic plot in the Easton cemetery. This is set for 9 a.m., and the public is invited.
