Adriana Morales, 27, of Alburtis, allegedly struck a 36-year-old individual, of Catasauqua, multiple times on the head while at 1042 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Imalay Figueroa Trujillo, 22, of Easton, allegedly got into an argument with an individual over a parking spot in the lot of Panera Bread restaurant, 6370 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Trujillo allegedly punched the individual in the head several times and then left the scene.

A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was found to be operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and without a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit in a traffic stop on Chestnut Street at Kings Highway North, Upper Milford Township, 1:50 a.m. Jan. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Heather Daniels, 47, of Breinigsville, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 4500 block of Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:32 a.m. Feb. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Mark Heiserman, 55, of Allentown, was placed into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance after he allegedly fled the scene of a one-vehicle crash on Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, Feb. 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The crash occurred while the vehicle Heiserman allegedly was operating was traveling north on Chestnut Street at 3:16 p.m. According to police, the vehicle exited the right shoulder of the roadway and drove for approximately 200 feet on a property in the 4400 block of Chestnut Street. The front air bags deployed and the front driver side tire was damaged and went flat. The vehicle proceeded north on Chestnut Street coming to a final rest on Mill Road at its intersection with Chestnut Street. Heiserman allegedly was not at the accident scene but was later located, according to police. Mechanics Plus towed the vehicle from the accident scene.

A 19-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was found to have a small amount of marijuana on his person after a traffic stop along Buckeye Road, near Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:53 a.m. Feb. 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 17-year-old male, of Topton, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be in possession of hashish oils and drug paraphernalia in the same incident, according to police.

Shannon Mcmonigle, 29, of Allentown and Barry Richard Lewis, 62, of Easton, allegedly attempted to remove $373.64 in merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:43 p.m. Jan. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The couple allegedly attempted to not pay for items or alter the labels of the items to indicate a cheaper price for merchandise.

Ixia Aileen Torres, 27, Allentown, is accused in an alleged retail theft at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Asa Alexander Fritz, 28, of Allentown, allegedly removed two items of clothing from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old male, of Alburtis, allegedly concealed $63 worth of merchandise on his person while inside a dressing room at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 27. The teen removed tags from the clothing and attempted to leave the store without paying. The merchandise was recovered, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old female, of New Tripoli, is suspected in the removal of multiple cosmetic items, valued at $180, from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 12:31 p.m. Feb. 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Ismael Fantauzzi, 53, of Allentown and Magy Esther Fantauzzi, 24, of Allentown were charged with retail theft after they allegedly left Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, without paying for $134.08 worth of merchandise Feb. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Two unknown actors entered the Coin Laundry, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township and used a screwdriver to open 18 machines and remove approximately $400 in coins 4:27 a.m. Feb. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The theft resulted in several thousand dollars in damage and maintenance costs. The actors then fled the scene. An unknown actor gained access to the bank account of a resident in the 1500 block of Read Oak Lane, Lower Macungie Township, and made costume purchases online Oct. 26, 2017. The items were delivered to a costume store in Atlanta, Ga., according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The fraudulent purchases totaled $152.49.

An actor removed a snowplow from a driveway in the 900 block of Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, overnight Jan. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 17-year-old male is suspected in two burglaries in Lower Macungie Township March 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The teen removed a lawn mower and hedge trimmer from a residence in the 5800 block of Fresh Meadow Drive. The teen then entered a residence in the 5200 block of Green Lawn Drive and removed various items including alcohol, a PlayStation 4 gaming system, a camera, car keys, watches and prescription medication. The items were recovered in the home of the teen, according to police.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Divot Drive, Lower Macungie Township, March 6 for a report of an attempted burglary. An unknown actor damaged the patio door of a residence in the 3500 block of Lenape Lane, Upper Milford Township, overnight Dec. 22, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown actor slashed the rear tire of a Honda Accord in the 8800 block of Longswamp Road, Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown actor smashed the rear window of a vehicle parked at Wingate by Wyndham Allentown, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, overnight Feb. 10.

A 48-year-old Pennsburg male was charged with disorderly conduct after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a report of a disturbance and a noise complaint in the 6000 block of Village Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 7:26 a.m. Jan. 24. According to police, the male caused a public inconvenience and alarmed and annoyed others at the location.

A driver fled the scene in a one-vehicle accident resulting in a road closure lasting several hours Feb. 24 in Lower Milford Township. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the driver was traveling southbound on Chestnut Hill Church Road, 7:34 p.m. Feb. 24, just south of Acorn Drive, when the 1990 Chevrolet 2500 pickup truck exited the left side of the roadway and struck a pole in the front yard of a residence in the 5900 block of Chestnut Hill Church Road. The truck came to a final rest in the left lane of travel, just south of the scene of the crash. The operator fled the scene, according to police. Chestnut Hill Church Road was closed for several hours and the utility pole was repaired. Mechanics Plus and the Vera Cruz Fire Department also responded. The driver was later identified as a 36-year-old Coopersburg male who was cited for various violations of the Pennsylvania vehicle code.
