Macungie Bears Swim Team will host a meet the team event 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. April 7 at the Emmaus High School pool. Swimmers interested in joining the team are welcome to come and meet the team and coaches. Team registration will also be taken at this event.

There will be a Great American Cleanup starting 9 a.m. April 14 at Macungie Memorial Park and at the train station.
There will be a bride to bride marketplace April 15 at Macungie Memorial Hall. VIP admission is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and general admission is noon to 3 p.m.

The Friends of the Macungie Institute are sponsoring a bus trip to the American Treasure Museum and Valley Forge National Historical Park April 25. There will be a National Prescription Drug Take Back Day 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 28. Prescription drugs can be dropped off in the vestibule of the Macungie Town Hall.
There will be an Ah-Ha Arts event May 5 and 6 at Macungie Memorial Park. This will be an artisan pop-up shop focusing on artisans who work in functional crafts including pottery, basketry, soapmaking, herbal crafts, woodworking, candles, leather, fabric, weaving and glass.
