Joseph “J.D.” Breslin, 68, of Lower Macungie Township, died March 26, 2018, in his home. He was the husband of Jane (Angst) Breslin. Born in Coaldale, he was a son of the late Andrew and Carmen (Marinier) Breslin.
He was the owner of the former Quality Clothing Care, Allentown, from 1982 to 2002.
He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and was a 1975 graduate of Duquesne University.
He served his country during the Vietnam War with the United States Army. He served as Post Commander of the Macungie VFW 9264.
He was an enthusiastic supporter of his daughters’ athletic careers and an avid golfer.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Adrienne and her companion Travis Nelson and Carmen (Carrie) and her husband Jeffrey Jankowski; brothers, Robert and Jerrell; aunt Claudette and her husband Armando Zarra; grandchildren, Kellen, Graeme and Reilly Jankowski and Brody Nelson.

Services will be 1 p.m. March 30 at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton streets, Allentown. A gathering will be held noon to 1 p.m. March 30 at the funeral home.
