Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

MARCH 18

A hit-and-run accident occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street. The report said a legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the driver side. A late-model black Hyundai was seen leaving and continuing south on Main Street.

MARCH 19

Police investigated a theft in the unit block of West 26th Street. The report said two ceramic ducks were taken from the front porch of a residence. They both have a date and the name “JAKE” baked into the bottom.

MARCH 20

The department received a report of loud music in the 1700 block of Main Street.

Officers investigated a noise complaint in the 500 block of East 11th Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

MARCH 23

A female trespassing occurred in the 800 block of Main Street.
