Peter Crespo, 41, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at the on-ramp to Interstate 78 West, Salisbury Township, 2:35 a.m. Feb. 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An 18-year-old male, of Schnecksville, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard at Lincoln Avenue, Salisbury Township, 3:11 a.m. Feb. 21.
A driver from Brooklyn, N.Y., was found to be under the influence of marijuana and in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 56.2., Salisbury Township, 3:31 a.m. Jan. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 24-year-old male, no address given, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Lincoln Avenue, Salisbury Township, 11:11 p.m. Jan. 2. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the traffic stop was conducted due to the male having an active warrant for burglary issued from Slatington Police Department. An odor of marijuana was detected emanating from within the vehicle and a probable cause search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana. The driver was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking for his active warrant, according to police.
