Take Mintel: The Eric Mintel Quartet returns for the “Jazz Upstairs” series, 7:30 p.m. March 16, Rodale Community Room, Miller Symphony Hall, Allentown. The quartet is: Eric Mintel, piano; Nelson Hill, saxophone, flute; Jack Hegyi, bass, and Dave Mohn, drums. The quartet expected to play new original music written by Mintel, compositions by Dave Brubeck, and classic TV show themes in a jazz setting.
