A male actor, identity unknown, removed various items, valued at $353.42, from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:19 p.m. Feb. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Deandre Raymond Lambert, 27, of Allentown and Alisha Vialet, 25, of Allentown, allegedly under rang items valued at $158.07 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:58 p.m. March 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogeslville.

Joseph Michael Willard, 54, of Cole Camp, Mo., was taken into custody at ALDI, 950 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 22 on a warrant issued for his arrest by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender in Missouri, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of Clay Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville that an individual was paid $250 in advance for a painting job but failed to start and complete the job and avoided contacting or returning calls from the resident. The incident was investigated Feb. 10, according to police.

A 20-year-old Macungie driver escaped injury after his pickup truck struck a barn and overturned along Sweetwood Drive in Upper Milford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The driver was northbound in the 6100 block of Sweetwood Drive 1:15 p.m. Jan. 25 when the truck he was driving went off the right side of the road and struck the barn. The truck tipped to its left and overturned, according to police, fully blocking the northbound lane. Damage was found on the southwest corner of the stone base of the barn. The driver told police he had been traveling along Sweetwood Drive when something ran out, possibly a cat, and he swerved to miss it and crashed.

A 35-year-old driver, of Coopersburg, escaped injury after his vehicle struck a utility pole before striking a garage and a porch of a residence in Lower Milford Township. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver lost control of his vehicle while traveling west on Church View Road 11:11 p.m. Feb. 4 and struck a utility pole on the north berm of the highway. The vehicle then traveled through the front yard of a residence in the 1900 block of Church View Road and struck the garage and porch.

Jahsim Malik Gilliam, 20, of Allentown, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop for vehicle code violations along Route 100 South at Willow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:05 a.m. Jan. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Everald Roy Edwards, 53, of Allentown, allegedly grabbed a person by the wrists causing minor scratches during an argument at a residence on Timberidge Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 6:51 p.m. Dec. 1, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Fogelsville.

A 37-year-old female and 40-year-old male, both of Lower Macungie Township, face harassment charges after an incident 9:15 a.m. Jan. 31 at a residence in the 4000 block of Mountain Road, Lower Macungie Township. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the female slapped the male in the face and the male pushed her and struck her with the eraser end of a pencil during an argument.

A 13-year-old male was charged with harassment after he became upset with his teacher at Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:55 p.m. Jan. 30. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the male cursed at his teacher and pushed a chair into her during the incident.

A 38-year-old male, of Hagerstown, Md., was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to BJ’s Brew House, 665 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:24 p.m. Jan. 27. Police were called to the business on reports of a disoriented male attempting to enter vehicles in the parking lot.

Cinders were removed and a window of a Case loader construction vehicle was broken in the 5200 block of Church View Road, Upper Milford Township, in an incident overnight Jan. 9, according to state police.

Allen Distribution, 7533 Industrial Park Way, Lower Macungie Township, allegedly permitted a 10th false alarm to occur in a consecutive 12-month period after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm 9:12 p.m. Feb. 2.

Leslie’s Pool Supplies, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, allegedly permitted a ninth false alarm to occur in a consecutive 12-month period after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm Jan. 6.

Lower Milford Township municipal building, 7607 Chestnut Hill Church Road, Lower Macungie Township, allegedly permitted a fourth false alarm to occur in a consecutive 12-month period after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm 2:08 a.m. Feb. 23.

BB&T Bank, 5700 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, allegedly allowed more than three false alarms to occur within a consecutive 12-month period after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to an alarm Feb. 13.
