Crystal Shanae Wise, 28, of Allentown and Tiheed Anthony Wise, 30, of Allentown, were taken into custody after they allegedly under scanned 27 different items among other items they actually bought at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The value of the merchandise not scanned was $153.21, according to police.

Magdalena Mateia- Bitlan, 41, of Macungie and a 17-year-old male, no address given, are accused of retail theft after they allegedly removed three jewelry items from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5 p.m. Feb. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 23-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after he removed a Playstation 4 game controller from its packaging and fled without paying for the item from Target, 750 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:38 p.m. Jan. 22.

An unknown white male entered the Giant Foods Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:43 p.m. Feb. 7 and seemed to be grocery shopping. The male entered the cosmetics aisle and concealed multiple items in his jacket. The items taken had a total value of $172.94, according to police.

Two 14-year-old females, of Alburtis, face retail theft charges after they concealed merchandise and left Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 14 without paying. On Feb. 15, the store reported the theft after the teens were observed on video surveillance.

A 37-year-old female, of Mertztown, was charged with retail theft after she walked around Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:20 p.m. Jan. 28, selecting items to steal. She then went into a dressing room and concealed the items in a bag. She then proceeded to leave the store without paying for the items.

Jamieson Lynne Chorney, 44, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and multiple traffic violations after a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Strathmore Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 7:29 p.m. Jan. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Chorney allegedly initially fled from the scene by vehicle, according to police.

Two restaurant patrons reported various credit cards were taken while at Panera Bread, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 12:50 p.m. Jan. 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. One woman reported two credit cards were removed from her wallet while she was seated at the restaurant. Another woman had her wallet containing various credit cards, her driver’s license and cash stolen when she had set the wallet down upon ordering at the restaurant. It was reported two females with dark hair wearing dark clothing were acting suspiciously in the area where the thefts occurred. Kristian James Boger, 25, of Macungie, faces theft charges after he allegedly took possession of United States currency from Dunkin’ Donuts, 4030 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, Feb. 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Unknown actors removed Netflix movies from a mailbox in the 4700 block of Sheeprock Road, Lower Macungie Township, between noon Jan. 29 and 3 p.m. Feb. 12. The residents of the home had placed the movies in a mailbox and learned the movies had never been returned to Netflix, according to police. A Lower Macungie Township man reported the theft of four handguns from a garage in the 4400 block of South Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 17. The guns were being stored in the garage, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. It is unknown at this time if the guns were actually removed or misplaced, according to police. Bryan Lamar Rotenberger, 37, of Emmaus, was allegedly found to be under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for violations on Watermill Drive at Jarrett Farm Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:40 p.m. Jan. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Rotenberger also allegedly was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, prescription medication, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Tiera Lanay Griffy, 22, of Spring City, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Chestnut Street at Elgen Drive, Upper Milford Township, 12:37 a.m. Feb. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Joseph Lee Morgan, 41, of Allentown, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and alleged possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on North Krocks Road and Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 3:26 a.m. Jan. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Nicholas Dean Watson, 32, of Macungie, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville were dispatched to a one vehicle crash at 3400 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:29 a.m. Feb. 10, according to police.

Joshua Kryshon Dixon, 27, of Macungie, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Krocks Road at Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:13 a.m. Dec. 30, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A Wescosville man reported his debit card was fraudulently used to purchase a BestBuy gift card for $510.98, 10:36 p.m. Feb. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The man stated earlier in the day he received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft about a previous purchase he had made. The Wescosville man gave the caller his debit card information so he could be refunded for the previous purchase, according to police.

A Lower Macungie man reported an unknown actor gained access to his bank account information and made an ATM withdrawal using his debit card information Jan. 18, according to police.

Unknown actors left drug paraphernalia in a hotel room at Wingate by Wyndham Allentown, 4325 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 12.

A 17-year-old female, of Wescosville and a 17-year-old female, of Macungie, approached a 14-year-old female, of Macungie, regarding an incident in which the younger teen was a victim of sexual assault, at Emmaus High School, Macungie Avenue, Emmaus, Feb. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The 14-year-old female felt she was being harassed by their approach and reported the incident to authorities, according to police.
