Women voters

The League of Women Voters of Lehigh County will present “Effect of Development on Our Bird Populations” at 11:30 a.m. March 12 at Superior Restaurant, Emmaus.

Daniel Klem, Jr. Ph.D., Sarkis Acopian Professor of Ornithology and Conservation Biology, Muhlenberg College, will speak about how “up to a billion birds are killed each year, more than pesticides and oils spills” and what you can do about it.

There is a fee for the buffet luncheon payable at the door or listen to speaker without lunch.
