A resident in the 1700 block of Crownwood Street reported 5:37 p.m. Feb. 1, an unknown person slashed a tire of a vehicle parked in a driveway. The cost of repair was $150.

Narcotics were found on a patient brought in for treatment by Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest security personnel 10:30 p.m. Feb. 1.

A security guard at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest turned over a packet with powder to police 11:15 p.m. Feb. 3. The packet was found on a patient at the hospital. Leonard White, 70, of Pottstown, has been charged in this alleged incident.

Jordan West, 23, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana 5:03 p.m. Feb. 6 following a wellness check in the parking lot of Lehigh Valley Hospital Health Network - Cedar Crest. Finding West sitting in a car in the lot, police determined there was an active warrant and he was transported to Central Booking for processing.

Jonathan Smolick, 37, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia 2 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 1300 block of Fairfax Street. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A 12-year-old male and a 16-year-old male confessed to removing jewelry valued at $325 from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., 5:05 p.m. Feb. 12.

An employee who was fired from 3 Men and a Bagel, 1259 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., allegedly removed money from a tip jar, took bagels and attempted to hit an employee who tried to pull the jar back 10:30 a.m. Feb. 1.

A man reported to police he was attacked 11:33 a.m. Feb. 14 in the 1800 block of East Susquehanna Street. Money and a cellphone were taken.

Salespeople were reported soliciting in the 20 block of Iroquois Street 1:54 p.m. Feb. 1. The solicitors had a permit.

A resident at Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reported 2:13 p.m. Feb. 1, multiple gift cards were stolen. The gift cards were purchased in early December 2017 for the resident to give to grandchildren as Christmas gifts. There were three Walmart cards at $30 each and four VISA cards at $30 each. The cards were removed sometime before Christmas. The Walmart gift cards were used. Police are investigating.

The Cardiac Center, 1250 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reported the theft of a $4,000 heart monitor 9 a.m. Feb. 7. The monitor was given to a patient who never returned it and several attempts have been made to get the machine back.

A resident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street reported 9:20 a.m. Feb. 14 the theft of a television, prescriptions and $177. She believes family members are responsible. Police are investigating.

A resident in the 800 block of Traylor Drive reported 7:21 a.m. Feb. 12, an unknown person went through vehicles on the property and removed $30. The vehicles were not damaged.

A resident in the 2200 block of Bishop Road reported 7:45 a.m. Feb. 12, an unknown person went through an unlocked vehicle and removed a pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $100 and an iPhone 5 valued at $50.

An unknown person attempted to open windows in the back of a home to gain entry 2:36 p.m. Feb. 2. Police are investigating.

Police were called to the 1100 block of Webster Avenue 3:10 p.m. Feb. 3 for a disturbance between a father and son.

Police were called to the 1900 block of Meadowbrook Circle 9:39 p.m. Feb. 9 for a family disturbance.

Police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 11:57 p.m. Feb. 4 for an argument between family members in the mother baby unit.

A staff member at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest reported 2:14 a.m. Feb. 15 being assaulted by a patient. Police are investigating.

A 32-year-old man, of Bethlehem, will be given a summary citation for harassment and driving while under suspension following a road rage incident in the 1000 block of Emmaus Avenue 7:10 a.m. Feb. 12.
