Paulina Ashley Moreno, 23, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for traffic violations along South Cedar Crest Boulevard at Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:24 a.m. Feb. 9, according to police. A 30-year-old male, of Bethlehem, also is accused in the incident.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville continue to investigate a forged registration plate seized in a traffic stop along Route 222 and South Cedarbrook Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:05 a.m. Jan. 18. According to police, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle traveling from New Jersey to an auto auction. The vehicle was towed from the scene, according to police.

Dylan Floyd Vanallen, 24, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop for violations along Chestnut Street at Allen Street, Upper Milford Township, 11:41 p.m. Jan. 26, according to police.

Fawn Marie Levin, 28, of Zionsville, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop for a violation along South Cedar Crest Boulevard at North Street, Emmaus borough, 1:24 a.m. Jan. 29, according to police.

Cassandra Mary Meck, 25, of Allentown, was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to a report of a crash in the 9000 block of Mertztown Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:46 a.m. Dec. 17, 2017, according to police.

Michael R. Drobnicki, 41, of Allentown, was allegedly determined to be in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol along Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:07 a.m. Dec. 22, 2017, according to police.

Eric Wanyeh Peacock Jr., 21, of Macungie, was allegedly found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance after a Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville trooper conducted a traffic stop for moving violations in the 4500 block of South Cedarbrook Road in Macungie borough, 1:03 a.m. Nov. 4, 2017, according to police.

Bradley Alan Folger, 33, of Macungie, was allegedly found to be driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol after a Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville trooper responded to investigate a one-vehicle crash into a tree along Willow Lane north of John Fries Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 10:27 p.m. Dec. 16, 2017, according to police.

Michael Gregory Brittenburg, 24, of Zionsville, was taken into custody for allegedly driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol after a Pennsylvania State Police trooper investigated a vehicle stopped the wrong way on the roadway, 2:14 a.m. Dec. 15, 2017, according to police.

Helen Smith Kuper, 36, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to be driving her vehicle under the influence of alcohol after a Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville trooper responded to investigate a one-vehicle crash into a guide rail on Lower Macungie Road East of Hidden Valley Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 11:19 p.m. Dec. 20.

Paul Raymond Myers, 50, of Emmaus, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on a vehicle for violations 2:38 a.m. Dec. 30, 2017, along Walnut Street at North 10th Street in Emmaus borough by a trooper from Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, according to police. Myers also allegedly was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana at the time of the stop, according to police.
