Stephen Eugene Kuzman III, 46, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and speeding in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to police. Kuzman was transported to the Lehigh County DUI and processed, according to police.

Wyatt Weber, 20, of Allentown, was arrested Jan. 18 in the 200 block of East Harrison Street for alleged possession of marijuana after a traffic stop, according to police.

Constance Lee David, 51, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 2 for public drunkenness after she allegedly created a disturbance in the 900 block of Fernwood Street, according to police.

An unknown actor shot out multiple windows of a vacant commercial building in the 300 block of South Fourth Street and damaged the interior of the building. The incident was reported Jan. 31.

A set of two Honda keys on a key fob were found Feb. 5 in the 500 block of Chestnut Street. The keys are held at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
