Whitehall-Coplay School District has been participating in a feasibility study regarding full-day kindergarten, and Superintendent Dr. Lorie Hackett is ready to share the results.

The district will host a presentation on the cost and benefits of full-day kindergarten 6:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at Whitehall High School.

WCSD is one of a very small number of Lehigh Valley schools that does not currently offer full-day kindergarten.

In December 2017, East Penn School Board voted to approve full-day kindergarten, leaving Whitehall-Coplay as the area’s largest district without it.
