Yohen Miranda, 35, of Hagerstown, Md. and Terrell Christopher Godbold, 22, of New York City, N.Y., each face a charge of alleged possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and other related charges after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 west at mile marker 56.1, Salisbury Township, 7:48 a.m. Dec. 31, 2017. Upon making contact with the operators of the vehicle a strong odor of marijuana was detected emanating from inside the vehicle, according to police. A search of the vehicle was conducted and yielded approximately five pounds of marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle, according to police.
