A student at Salisbury High School reported to police 1:30 p.m. Jan. 4, being harassed at school and through social media. Police are investigating.

Robert Brown, 66, of Patterson, N.J., was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia while a patient at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 9:30 a.m. Jan. 5.

A resident in the 600 block of East Paoli Street 12:05 p.m. Jan. 6 reported an unknown person smashed the front passenger side window of a vehicle sometime overnight.

A property management representative found damage to a home in the 1300 block of Ueberroth Avenue 12:20 p.m. Jan. 9. The foreclosed property had broken windows, was spray painted with graffiti, a hole was punched in the drywall and the sink and various plumbing equipment were missing.

A resident in the 2800 block of Windy Hill Road reported 4:32 p.m. Jan. 8 the theft of various items from the house over the last couple months including jewelry and coins valued at $100,000.

A resident in the 800 block of South Elizabeth Street reported 11:39 a.m. Jan. 9, a package delivered by Amazon was stolen from the porch. The item was valued at $100.

Police are investigating a retail theft at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. 3:24 p.m. Jan. 9. A young man took Polo clothing into the dressing room where loss prevention personnel followed him. Loss prevention personnel heard the young man removing the security tags. The man left the store with the items valued at $320.50.

An Hispanic man allegedly tried to steal a 2004 Tahoe from a home in the 1700 block of South Albert Street 1:15 a.m. Jan. 10. The car alarm sounded and the male fled away in another vehicle. Entry was made into the Tahoe but nothing was removed.

A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported 8:30 a.m. Jan. 10 an unknown person removed five $1 bills and loose change from the vehicle. The trunk was also open.
