Butch and Janie Grumbine of Phillipsburg, N.J., announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Grum- bine Giunta, to Austin Foulk, son of Thomas and Faye Foulk of New Tripoli.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Phillipsburg High School and DeSales University.

She works for Dun & Bradstreet, Center Valley.

Her fiance is a graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, New Tripoli, and Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre.

He also works for Dun & Bradstreet.

The couple is planning a May 18 wedding.
