Antique appraisal fair at the Quakertown Farmers Market, 201 Station Road, noon to 2 p.m. in Dept. #201. Members from the Pennsylvania Antiques Appraisal Association will appraise items and share interesting historical facts and stories. Miller-Keystone Blood Center and 99.9 The Hawk are partnering for the “Rock and Roll Up Your Sleeve” blood drive at the Bethlehem Donor Center, 1465 Valley Center Parkway, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The snow date is Jan. 24. The event includes hourly raffle drawings, appearances from favorite Hawk radio hosts, delectable treats from 3 Men & a Bagel (breakfast), The Goose and Jimmy Johns (lunch) and the 50 Yard Line Sports Bar at Pizza Como (dinner) and more. The Parkland Art League will meet 7 p.m. Feb. 13 at Macungie Institute, 510 East Main Street, (Rt. 100) Macungie. Robert Barber will demonstrate figure painting in oils. Barber is an avid plein air and studio painter and is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Plein Air Painters Association.

Feb. 22

Emmaus Historical Society meeting 7 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church Parish Hall, 501 Chestnut St., Emmaus. The program will be, “Who’s Who in Emaus - 1909,” the year of the grandest celebration of all – the great Emaus Golden Jubilee of 1909. Focus will be on prominent residents at that time, including Dr. Wickert, Dr. Backenstoe, Chief Burgess Miller, Fire Chief H. Kratzer, Police Chief W. Kratzer, R.S. Stoneback, Will Jarrett, E.A. Stansfield, Rev. Able and others.

“Cherries, Chocolate and Jazz” 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. for a delightful evening of food and jazz at the Lower Macungie Library. Appetizers, desserts and beverages are provided with music by “Austin Kruczek and The Modern Missive.” Each attendee will receive two tokens for complimentary wine. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Lower Macungie Community Center, 3450 Brookside Road, Macungie. Spend a morning with the Easter Bunny. Sing, dance and bring your camera to get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny.
