An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and related charges after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville stopped a vehicle for a lighting equipment violation on Indian Creek Road at Jasper Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:08 a.m. Nov. 5, 2017. According to police, the 18-year-old male was a passenger in the vehicle and he and another passenger had illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia on their persons at the time of the incident. The Emmaus teen was taken into custody and transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center. The other passenger, a 24-year-old male, of Macungie, was released at the scene without incident, according to police.

Edward Junior Vasquez, 21, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be under the influence of marijuana and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop was conducted for a violation in Lower Macungie Township 2:35 a.m. Nov. 4, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. An exact address of the traffic stop was not released by authorities.

Brittany Franziole Ortega, 25, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be under the influence of marijuana and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop was conducted for a violation along State Route 222 at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:01 p.m. Sept. 25, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, was found to be under the influence of marijuana, in possession of marijuana and associated paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Lower Macungie Road at Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 11:08 p.m. Nov. 29, 2017. Troopers were on patrol when they observed multiple motor vehicle violations on the vehicle.

Frank Anthony Gangemi, 41, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving his vehicle under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Route 222 at Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:57 a.m. Nov. 23, 2017, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 35-year-old male, of Allentown, was found to be in possession of marijuana and associated paraphernalia after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville troopers on patrol observed multiple moving violations prompting a traffic stop on Chestnut Street at Colebrook Road, Upper Milford Township, 12:22 a.m. Nov. 17, 2017.

A 30-year-old male, of Allentown, suffered a facial injury while hunting while other hunters were in the area of the 2400 block of Brunner Road, Upper Milford Township, 4:29 p.m. Dec. 2, 2017. The investigation continues, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
