The Macungie Public Works Crew will collect Christmas trees Jan. 8 for recycling at the Emmaus Compost Center. All ornaments, lights and tinsel must be removed.

The Parkland Art League will hold its next meeting 7 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Macungie Institute. The Macungie Park Board of Directors meeting will be held downstairs 7 p.m. Jan. 30. The public is welcome.
