Michael Raymond Rotenberger, 30, of Kunkletown, was arrested Nov. 18, 2017, for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving at State Road and Harrison Street, according to police. Rotenberger was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
An unknown actor keyed, dented and removed an exterior visor from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Coldstream Court. The incident was reported Nov. 20, 2017.
An unknown actor smashed the windshield and slashed all four tires of a BMW vehicle parked in the 600 block of Broad Street, causing $1,350 in damage. The incident was reported Dec. 1, 2017.
Henry Virgil Bowers II, 55, of Emmaus, was arrested for disorderly conduct Nov. 25, 2017, after he was allegedly involved in a fight in the 100 block of South Seventh Street, according to police. A 20-year-old man, also of Emmaus, also was arrested and charged in the incident.
An unknown actor entered a vehicle and removed a wallet and cash totaling $350, according to police. The incident was reported Nov. 22, 2017, in the 1200 block of West Minor Street.
An unknown actor entered two vehicles and removed a wallet and miscellaneous cards valued at $15 and a Blitz crossbow valued at $275, according to police. The incident was reported Nov. 22, 2017, in the 500 block of Wood Street.
An unknown actor entered a vehicle and removed a purse containing cash, debit and credit cards totaling $2,500, according to police. The incident was reported Nov. 22, 2017, in the 900 block of Evergreen Street. The complainant later found the cards were used in various stores.
An unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet valued at $25 containing a debit and credit card, according to police. The incident was reported Nov. 25, 2017, in the 100 block of Spruce Street. The complainant was informed the cards were used the same day.
A 17-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 28, 2017, for simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after she assaulted then harassed another person, according to police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
