Auneliz Mendez- Jimenez, 32, of Philadelphia, is suspected of retail theft after an incident involving a retail theft at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:25 p.m. Oct. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 27-year-old actor, also of Philadelphia, also was involved in the incident.
Two 20-year-old males removed merchandise from the shelves of Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, in an incident 8:20 p.m. Sept. 13.
Three people were arrested for retail theft Nov. 7 after police were called to Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road. According to police a female, 33, a female, 23 and a male, 35, passed the checkout area at the store with two shopping carts of unpaid merchandise totaling $1,084.73 about 8:34 p.m. The three people were seen loading the merchandise into their vehicle. Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville did not name the suspects, however, all were charged with felony retail theft, according to police.
A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested and charged with retail theft after he removed a Winchester pellet gun and a pair of Nike slides from Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:30 a.m. Oct. 20.
A 26-year-old male is suspected of entering Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, placing various items in his backpack and exiting the store without paying for the items in an incident Oct. 27.
An unknown actor removed several items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, and left without paying for the items between Oct. 23 and 25.
A 42-year-old male, of Allentown, removed merchandise from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, in an incident Oct. 7, according to police.
An unknown actor keyed a complainant’s vehicle in the 6200 block of Saint Peters Road, Upper Milford Township, between 6 and 7 p.m. Nov. 15.
A 20-year-old man, of Allentown, is suspected of harassment after he arrived at Panera Bread, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township and struck a 17-year-old male who works at the restaurant. The 20-year-old male struck the teen in the face with a closed fist before fleeing the scene on foot, according to police.
A 58-year-old male is suspected of exposing his naked body from a glass sliding door located at the rear of a residence in the 1100 block of Barnside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:20 p.m. Oct. 27. The incident occurred as children were getting off of a school bus in the area and witnessed the incident, according to police.
A resident in the 6600 block of Pioneer Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor keyed the front hood of a vehicle parked overnight Sept. 3.
An unknown actor entered a construction site in the 3300 block of Gristmill Road, Lower Macungie Township, and removed several hundred feet of Romex copper wiring Nov. 27. G-C Electric Co., Inc., Allentown, reported the burglary.
Santos Amalio Rivera, 20, of Allentown, was charged with alleged simple assault after Pennsylvania State Police investigated the report of a simple assault after an incident at a residence in the 1200 block of Eagle Street, Lower Macungie Township, 11 p.m. Nov. 6. Rivera allegedly showed up at the residence and dragged a 17-year-old male outside and struck the teen several times with a closed fist, according to police.
A complainant reported an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle in the 7300 block of Iron Drive, Lower Macungie Township, overnight Nov. 26. According to police, the unknown actor did not remove any items.
A 34-year-old female, of Blandon, was arrested for driving under the influence after troopers on patrol encountered a vehicle stopped off Buckeye Road at Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, around midnight Oct. 20. The operator of the vehicle was slumped over the wheel in the vehicle, according to police. Further investigation found the woman to be under the influence of alcohol.
A 23-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after troopers responded to the report of a single vehicle crash along Lower Macungie Road at Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 12:45 a.m. Oct. 22. The operator failed to negotiate a left turn from Lower Macungie Road into Wild Cherry Lane, struck the curb and rendered the vehicle inoperable. The operator was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.
Sherle Lynn Toole, 64, of Macungie, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Brookside Road at East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:46 a.m. Oct. 10, according to police.
Baseline Contracting Inc., Coplay, notified Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville an unknown actor removed a jumping jack compactor and concrete saw from a vehicle parked curbside in the 5000 block of Bridlepath Drive, Lower Macungie Township, overnight Nov. 13.
