Patrick Neal Lane, 25, of Zionsville, was arrested Oct. 3 in the 600 block of State Road for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to drive within a lane after a motor vehicle stop, according to police. Lane was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Charles Mohr, 56, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 13 for allegedly driving under the influence and following too closely in the 600 block of Chestnut Street after tailgating a police vehicle, according to police. Mohr was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Anthony Paul Kuzmann, 52, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and required financial responsibility in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street, according to police. Kuzmann was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Tibor Szabo, 29, of Burien, Wash., was arrested Oct. 22 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street after causing a disturbance and striking another vehicle, according to police. Szabo was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Richard Vazquez, 34, of Bethlehem, was arrested Oct. 3 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana in the 100 block of State Road after his vehicle was stopped for an expired registration, according to police.
A 17-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 13 in the 300 block of Minor Street for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
Andrew Bosko, 32, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 12 for allegedly recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and disorderly conduct after taking control of the steering wheel of a car in which he was a passenger, intentionally causing a motor vehicle accident on South Ninth Street, according to police. Bosko was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.
William James Walker, 27, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 24 for stalking after he allegedly repeatedly messaged and threatened a female, according to police. Walker was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.
A key fob belonging to a Jeep was found Oct. 21 on South Ninth Street and taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
A complainant received a message on his iPhone that his phone was compromised and he needed to make payments to the caller using Apple gift cards to correct the problem. The incident was reported Oct. 25.
The rear window of a vehicle was shattered while in the 400 block of South Fifth Street resulting in $500 damage. The incident was reported Oct. 28.
An unknown actor spray painted a street sign on Macungie Avenue and a PPL pole in the 700 block of North Street causing $60 damage. The incident was reported Oct. 27.
