Rick J. Flores has joined Keenan-Nagle Advertising as a web developer and process manager. With more than a decade of experience in web development and design, he previously held posts as an independent web developer and IT solutions specialist and as a trend analyst supervisor and web developer for T-Mobile USA.

Flores, a Bethlehem native, received a B.S. in Information Systems Management from Muhlenberg College and an A.S. in Applied Science from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
