Tyshawn Cefeso Jones, 27, of Newark, N.J., allegedly was in possession of a small amount of marijuana after being stopped for traveling 8 mph in a properly posted 55 mph speed limit zone along Interstate 78 eastbound in the area of exit 60, Salisbury Township, 12:07 a.m. Nov. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Jones also was found to have an active warrant from Delaware at the time of the traffic stop.
A 24-year-old male, of Harrisburg, was suspected of being under the influence of marijuana after a traffic stop for multiple moving violations along Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 59.2, Salisbury Township, 1:48 a.m. Nov. 17. The name of the man was not released by police.
