A 63-year-old male, of Prospect Park, is accused of theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle after a Lower Milford Township woman told state police her vehicle was not returned when agreed upon and the male removed a number of her trees, selling them to a logging company, without her knowledge. The incident was reported in the 700 block of Bell Gate Road, Lower Milford Township, July 29.
