A 36-year-old Texas woman and a 56-year-old Tennessee man were found dead Nov. 29 in a motel room at Howard Johnson Inn and Suites, 3220 Hamilton Blvd., South Whitehall Township.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim said Christina Schwartz, last known address San Antonio, Texas, was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Richard Kroon at 12:15 p.m. that day in room 216 of the motel.

Kroon also pronounced Michael Donnelly, last known address in Tennessee, dead at 12:16 p.m. the same day and in the same room.

Autopsies were performed on the two that day. The cause of their deaths is pending toxicology tests, Grim said.

Grim told The Press via telephone on Dec. 4 the deaths do not appear to be suspicious.

“There were no injuries or trauma to the bodies,” Grim said.
