Kevin Michael Forrer, 34, of Nazareth, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations along Interstate 78 westbound at mile marker 55.0, Salisbury Township, 2:13 a.m. Oct. 23, according to police. Forrer also allegedly was in possession of methamphetamine.
