A resident in the 2800 block of Meadowbrook Circle reported 9:06 a.m. Nov. 12 an unknown person pried open a rear garage door, entered the home and removed $300 and jewelry. Police are investigating.

A fraud investigation was started 12:48 p.m. Nov. 13 involving a resident at Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., and alleged misappropriated Social Security checks. Police are investigating.

Several hundred items were removed from Schuylkill Valley Sports, Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret and BonTon at South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., by four individuals who returned the items and fled. The theft was reported 8:30 a.m. Nov. 13. Police are investigating.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 12:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 3600 block of Fox Run Drive.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 5:33 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 1700 block of Cypress Avenue.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 6:02 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 1800 block of Savercool Avenue.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 4:13 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 2200 block of Nottingham Road.

Police were called to a fire alarm 5:23 p.m. Nov. 12 along South Filbert Street.

Police were called to a fire alarm 5:11 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 7:44 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 3000 block of Fairfield Drive.

Police were called to a burglar alarm 10:49 a.m. Nov. 14 in the 500 block of East Federal Street.
