Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville, and Christmas Décor are hosting their third Winter Light Spectacular 5:30-10 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday nights until Dec. 21.

This season will feature 36 scheduled events.

There will be no event showings on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

Disney Frozen Princess Elsa will be onstage 7 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. on Dec. 2, 6, 8, 10, 14, 16, 20, 22, 27, 29 and 31.

Disney Beauty and the Beast Princess Bella will be onstage 7 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Dec. 1, 3, 7, 9, 13, 15, 17, 21, 23, 28 and 30.

Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, will have its annual Lowhill Lights of Wonder to benefit two local families.

The presentation will be at 6 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8, 9, 16, 17, 20-23 and 26-30.

There will be a Christmas carol sing-along at 5:45 p.m. before each light show.

Join church members at 5 p.m. for a special light show with extra music before the Christmas Eve service at 6 p.m.

All of the donations will be presented to the Robert Kline and Brett Snyder families. Kline has cancer. Snyder has ALS.

The church will present the families with the donations at the 10 a.m. church service Jan. 7, 2018.
