BLOOD DRIVE

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley is hosting a blood drive noon to 7 p.m. on Nov. 28, Giving Tuesday, at the Miller-Keystone Blood Center, 1255 S. Cedar Crest Blvd, Suite 1300, Salisbury Township.

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation has set a goal of collecting 100 units of blood throughout the day.

Donors may go to giveapint.org and schedule an appointment to donate.

Upon arrival at Miller-Keystone, donors just need to mention PCFLV for their blood collection to count toward the PCFLV goal.

S. Whitehall

South Whitehall Township will have its annual tree lighting ceremony 5 p.m. Dec. 2 at Covered Bridge Park, 2465 Wehr Mill Road, South Whitehall.

There with a Grandpop’s Bubble Festival, airbrush tattoos, S’more stations, dance performances, pictures with Santa and stilt walkers.

Music will be performed by Erin Kelly.

Refreshments will be available.

The Worship Praise Band of Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, South Whitehall, will perform a concert of holiday favorites 7 p.m. Dec. 1. All are welcome to attend.
