SALISBURY POLICE
A resident in the 2100 block of Church Road reported contractor fraud to police 1 p.m. Oct. 26. The resident contacted a contractor last year following a burst pipe in the home resulting in damage totaling $89,000. The contractor took the money, began the work and never finished. Police are investigating.
A resident in the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported she received personal social security numbers and personal identifiable information on residents for her use 7:25 p.m. Oct. 30.
Christopher Bieber, 38, of Whitehall and Sheila Bieber, of Whitehall, were charged with allegedly receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of a credit card while a family member was in Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. The fraud was reported 1:47 p.m. Nov. 1. Unauthorized charges were $7,669.56.
A resident in the 1700 block of Kline Avenue reported identity theft 3 p.m. Nov. 6. An unknown person opened a Visa card with U.S. Bank and purchased $5,817.73 worth of items using the resident’s information.
Crystal Loeffler, 36, of Kingston, was charged with a misdemeanor 9:30 a.m. Oct. 26. While a patient at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, Loeffler allegedly was found with drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
Joseph Sanchez, 33, of Allentown, was issued a summary citation for harassment following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 2:15 a.m. Oct. 26.
An 11-year-old male was found with a knife at Harry S Truman Elementary School 11 a.m. Oct. 27. The student allegedly brought the knife to school to open his Halloween costume.
Police were called to Salisbury Middle School 12:41 p.m. Oct. 30 following a fight in the hallway between a 14-year-old female and a 13-year-old female. The juveniles were referred to the juvenile justice panel.
Heather Starosky Figueiredo, 43, of Allentown, was issued a summary citation for disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Salisbury Middle School 12:41 p.m. Oct. 30.
A 200-watt generator was reported removed from a garage in the 1700 block of Broadway 8:10 p.m. Oct. 30. There was no forced entry to the garage. The generator was valued at $300.
A teacher at Salisbury Middle School reported the theft of a computer mouse and microchip 9:05 a.m. Oct. 30. The mouse was recovered and the student was found who took the equipment.
A student at Salisbury High School reported the theft of $20 from an envelope in a book bag 10:35 a.m. Nov. 1.
A student at Salisbury High School reported the theft of $8 from a wallet 10 a.m. Nov. 2.
A student at Salisbury High School reported the theft of $35 from a wallet in a bag 10 a.m. Nov. 2.
A student at Salisbury High School reported the theft of $31 from a bag in the locker room 10 a.m. Nov. 2.
A resident in the 1400 block of Garden Avenue reported criminal mischief to the yard 11:07 a.m. Nov. 1. The resident said someone’s jeep is causing ruts in the yard. Police are investigating.
Two tires were slashed on a 2009 Honda Accord parked at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., 10 a.m. Nov. 1.
A resident in the 2600 block of Lindberg Avenue reported 4:39 p.m. Nov. 1, an unknown person damaged a mailbox on the property.
An 18-year-old male, of Salisbury, was given a summary citation for retail theft 2:55 p.m. Nov. 1 after allegedly removing an e-cigarette starter pack valued at $45 from Emmaus Avenue Market, 1017 E. Emmaus Ave.
A warrant has been issued for Timothy Zick, 43, of Whitehall. Zick is charged with retail theft after allegedly removing an original and unopened Metallica album from South Mall Mercantile, 3300 Lehigh St. The theft was reported 11:59 a.m. Nov. 2. The album is valued at $225.
Toccara Adams, 31, no known address, was charged with retail theft 2:50 p.m. Nov. 7. Adams allegedly removed four Polo men’s sweatshirts valued at $398 from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Mark Fowler, 34, of Whitehall, was charged with retail theft 2:50 p.m. Nov. 7 following an incident at BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Toccara Adams, 31, no known address, was charged with retail theft 6 p.m. Nov. 7 after allegedly being seen on video removing a pair of Polo jeans from BonTon, 3300 Lehigh St., Nov. 3. The jeans were valued at $98.50.
Police were called to Franko Farm Park, 1301 Black River Road, 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3 for the report of shots fired.
A Pennsylvania driver’s license was found in the 3000 block of South Pike Avenue 7:17 a.m. Nov. 3. Police have returned the license to the owner.
A green and white Next mountain bike was found in the pond at Laubach Park, 1630 Lehigh Ave., 8:30 a.m. Nov. 6. Call police if you have information regarding this bike at 610-797-1447.
Kaji Strickland, 45, of Salisbury, was reported missing from a home in the 600 block of Emmaus Avenue, 12:25 p.m. Nov. 5. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Salisbury police at 610-797-1447.
A male resident of Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., was reported missing 11:34 a.m. Nov. 6. Salisbury police called Western Salisbury Fire Department to assist with the search. The resident was found at a bus stop at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest at 12:54 p.m.
