UPPER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP: Upper Macungie welcomes pickleball fans
Upper Macungie Township’s pickleball flex League meets 4 p.m. Wednesdays and 9 a.m. Sundays all year at Blue Barn Park, 5770 Snowy Orchid Lane, Allentown, Upper Macungie Township.
Indoor basketball for participants age 21 and older will meet 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursdays until Nov. 16 at Jaindl Elementary School, 1051 Weilers Road, Breinigsville.
All equipment will be provided.
Pickup volleyball for ages 14 and older meets 8-10 p.m. Tuesdays until March 27, 2018, at Fogelsville Elementary School, 312 S. Route 100, Breinigsville.
All levels are welcome to participate.

The library with a Lehigh County Conservation District educator is hosting a Buckets Full of Nature event for 3-5 year olds 1 p.m. Nov. 14.
These young conservationist will experience a combination of reading, art experiments and hands-on activities.
The Senior Book Club will discuss the novel “The Memory Keeper’s Daughter” by Kim Edwards 3-4:30 p.m. Nov. 14 at Luther Crest retirement community, 800 Hausman Road, South Whitehall.
The American Girls Club for kids in second to sixth grade will meet 6 p.m. Nov. 14.
