Steel Fitness Premier, South Whitehall Township, recently held an all-day Fit Fest to encourage Lehigh Valley residents to increase their exercise level.
Additionally, Girls on the Run, Lehigh Valley held a fundraiser to help continue its mission to reach out to girls throughout the Valley in order to raise their fitness levels and understand their self-worth.
