The speaker will be Richard Buss, a retired Navy captain and a native of the village of East Texas, who will present “The Four Chaplins” - the story of four Army chaplains who volunteered their services during World War II.

The Children’s Ball, “Journey to Oz,” a Wizard of Oz theme, will be hosted by Community Services for Children at Lehigh’s Mountaintop Campus, 6 to 9 pm.
