Eve of laughter:All dressed up and no place to ghoul? Attend “Evil Dead The Musical,” on Halloween Night, 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31, State Theatre Center for the Arts, Easton. The hilarious stage show takes elements of the cult classic films, “The Evil Dead,” “Evil Dead 2,” and “Army of Darkness” and combines them for one of the craziest theatrical experiences of all time. There are five college students, an abandoned cabin in the woods, and an evil force. Blood flies. Demons tell bad jokes. And it’s all set to music. Album “XX”:O.A.R. performs in concert, 8 p.m. Oct. 29, Penn’s Peak, Jim Thorpe. O.A.R. has sold nearly 2 million albums and more than 2 million concert tickets, including two sold-out shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. The band started out in high school in Rockville, Md. and began performing and recording full-time in 2001.
