Album “XX”:O.A.R. performs in concert, 8 p.m. Oct. 29, Penn’s Peak, Jim Thorpe. O.A.R. has sold nearly 2 million albums and more than 2 million concert tickets, including two sold-out shows at New York City’s Madison Square Garden and Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado. The band started out in high school in Rockville, Md. and began performing and recording full-time in 2001.
