Armand James Turner, 42, of New York, N.Y., was charged with allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop along State Route 222 northbound, south of Interstate 78, Lower Macungie Township, 8:56 p.m. Sept. 1, according to police. Turner was later released, according to police.

Jordan Louis Foster, 25, of Alburtis, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Indian Creek Road at Olympic Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 1:11 a.m. Sept. 2, according to police.

Adrian Samuel Hernandez, 37, of Emmaus, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Cedar Crest Boulevard, south of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:32 a.m. Sept. 17, according to police. Hernandez was later released, according to police.

Charles Gordon Jones, 21, of Zionsville, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence after troopers checked on the welfare of a driver allegedly found slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle in the 5800 block of Kings Highway South, Upper Milford Township, 11:57 p.m. Sept. 10, according to police.

Jessica Ann Finocchio, 41, of Emmaus, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Lower Macungie Road at Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1 a.m. Sept. 9, according to police.

Elizabeth Diann Contino, 28, of Macungie, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances after a traffic stop on South Krocks Road at Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:58 a.m. Sept. 21, according to police.

Zackery John Lederer, 36, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody under suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Brookside Road at Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 12:31 a.m. Sept. 24, according to police.

Jeffrey Alan Reimert, 56, of Lower Macungie Township, was placed into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Barnside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:50 p.m. Sept. 18, according to police.

Michael Joseph Fry, 31, of Allentown, is suspected of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Chestnut Street at Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, 11:12 p.m. Sept. 7, according to police.

Jose Enrique Guzman, 31, of Allentown, was charged with a felony firearms violation and unsworn falsification to authorities after Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville investigated an incident in which Guzman allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 3, 2016, according to police. Guzman allegedly falsified information on forms issued by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, according to police.

Patrick Lee Stoudt, 58, of Reading, faces charges of alleged possession of drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was carried out on a vehicle at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:46 p.m. June 15. The search allegedly resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Jordin Ann Henry-Brown, 22, of Leesport, faces charges of alleged possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Country Club Road at South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:50 p.m. Sept. 22, according to police.

A resident in the 6000 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, reported an unknown actor dumped a large television set on the front lawn of his property overnight Sept. 25. Anyone with information on this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

A 51-year-old Wescosville man was injured when his bicycle was struck by a vehicle along Grange Road at Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 26. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the bicyclist was southbound on Grange Road and the vehicle was westbound on Hamilton Boulevard, approaching the intersection with Grange Road. The bicyclist moved through the intersection without stopping at a stop sign and entered the lane where the vehicle was traveling, according to police. The bicycle and the vehicle collided, throwing the bicyclist onto the hood and into the windshield of the vehicle. The bicyclist was transported by Cetronia Ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital. The driver of the vehicle and the passenger in the vehicle were not hurt, according to police.

Lee Mathias Oldt, 71, of Zionsville, was charged with harassment after he allegedly assaulted another person during an argument in the 5700 block of Tomahawk Lane, Upper Milford Township, Sept. 26, according to police.

A 19-year-old male, of Macungie, was found to be in possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and marijuana on Scenic View Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 2:09 a.m. Sept. 19, according to police.

A 32-year-old woman, of Lower Macungie Township, reported an unknown actor removed her wallet from her purse while she was shopping at Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 16. The actor then attempted to use credit cards that were in the wallet at Target department store, Cedar Crest Boulevard, South Whitehall Township, according to police. The actor who removed the wallet is described as wearing large sunglasses with a multicolored knit Rastafari-type hat with fake dreadlocks attached to it at the time of the theft. A complainant reported a red Toro push lawnmower was removed from a residence in the 4900 block of Meadowview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 8:20 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 26. The resident had placed the lawnmower in front of the residence between the sidewalk and street and noticed it was missing, according to police.
