Upper Macungie police say representatives from Jaindl Elementary PTO, 1051 Weilers Road, reported Sept. 28 fraudulent charges were made to its business account.
This incident remains under investigation, police say.
Police say Eluid M. Schrant, 45, of East Greenville, was driving a 2002 Toyota Corolla 8:15 p.m. Oct. 1 along Blue Barn Road, Upper Macungie, when she allegedly turned in front of a 2006 Subaru Legacy driven northbound on Blue Barn Road by an 18-year-old Orefield woman.
According to police, Schrant was southbound on Blue Barn Road when she attempted to make a left turn from Blue Barn onto Oakview Drive.
The Toyota then struck a 2002 Jeep Cherokee driven by Jennifer R. Glose, 45, of Allentown, who was stopped at the stop sign on Oakview Drive.
Schrant, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported by Cetronia Ambulance Corps to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Police say the 18-year-old Orefield woman, Glose and Glose’s 16-year-old male passenger were all wearing seat belts and were not injured.
